Description: Limited Contracting Co., Inc is seeking a hardworking Residential Concrete Flatwork Crew Leader who is knowledgeable about the concrete industry, strives in a team setting, and excels at managing and leading team members. As our crew leader, you will be in charge of supervising each project, ensuring the process runs smoothly, is completed correctly and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Set grade for proper slope/drainage
• Set forms properly
• Use come-along
• Use bull float
• Run edger
• Broom finish
• Use jointer
• Stamp concrete (a bonus)

Experience requirements:

• Minumum 3 years concrete construction experience

Desired Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
• Experience with Tsheets (a bonus)

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels
• Highly organized
• Highly motivated
• Must be very dependable and trustworthy
• Must come to work with a great attitude
• Must have a driver’s license
